Draft Cemetery Byelaws 2018- Kildare County Council Have your say…

Notice is hereby given that Kildare County Council intends to make bye-laws for the regulation of cemeteries in the control or in the ownership of the Council. The byelaws make provision for the imposition of fixed payment notices for specific breaches of the requirements contained therein.

A copy of the Draft Bye-Laws may be inspected free of charge (or copy purchased on payment of €3 fee) at the Environment Department (Level 6), Kildare County Council, Áras Chill Dara, Devoy Park, Naas, Co. Kildare (Telephone 045 980588) or viewed online on the Council’s website www.kildarecoco.ie The document can also be inspected at local libraries in Athy, Ballitore, Castledermot, Celbridge, Clane, Clocha Rince, Kilcock, Kilcullen, Kildare Town, Leixlip, Maynooth, Monasterevin, Naas, Newbridge and Rathangan during normal opening hours. The Draft Bye-Laws will be on public display up to and including Friday  8^th June, 2018.

Persons wishing to make observations on the Draft Bye-Laws should submit same in writing to the Senior Executive Officer, Environment Department, Áras Chill Dara, Devoy Park, Naas, Co.
