A bus for the Popes Final Mass on the 26th of August in the Phoenix Park will depart from Derrinturn church that morning at 9am. This is a major event. There will be hundreds of thousands of people attending this Mass with people travelling from across Ireland and from abroad. To help you with your journey, once in the Phoenix park there are a number of supports in place. Designated rest zones will be positioned at regular intervals at the transport hubs, along these walking routes and at the gates. Multiple food and drinks stations will also be available, as will medical facilities, toilets and baby changing facilities. There will be volunteers throughout the venue, at the gates and at the hubs who will be able to help you. Facilities will be provided for people with accessibility issues and their carers. Portable seating will be allowed into the venue. It is important also to wear weather appropriate clothes.   If you have booked a  seat on the bus and cannot attend on the day , please call the Parish office on 046 9553355  and let us know, as we have people on a reserve list who wish to attend also. The cost of the bus is €10 and we look forward to seeing everyone there on the day.  For those not travelling, live coverage of the Mass and of the entire visit of Pope Francis will be broadcast on RTÉ and other media outlets
